President
Ara Woo
Hello! I'm Ara, the Chapter President for C4C NY!
I started the New York chapter to give back to the caregivers near me and to show appreciation for the medical professionals who work tirelessly.
Regarding my role, I oversee all events, help manage the team, work with fundraising, and help out wherever I can. Additionally, I aid in event planning and communications as well!
I hope I can make a positive impact on others through my work and dedication to C4C!

Social Media Manager
Jasmine Dhringra
Hi! My name is Jasmine Dhringra, and as the social media manager for Caring for Caregivers, I help bring our mission to life by telling the stories of the healthcare providers we support. My role focuses on creating clear, engaging content that highlights our gift-basket deliveries, community events, and student volunteering, showing how each initiative helps fight healthcare burnout. I also help educate younger audiences about the emotional and physical demands of medical work by sharing real experiences, resources, and behind-the-scenes moments from our programs
Through consistent branding, thoughtful messaging, and community-focused storytelling, I work to expand our reach and connect more people to our cause. My goal is to build an online community that appreciates caregivers, supports wellness, and understands the importance of preparing future providers for the realities of clinical life. Every post, story, and update contributes to a larger movement: caring for today’s healthcare heroes while helping tomorrow’s thrive.
